The Fosse Way, 19.6.13. This is the old Roman road which marked the temporary frontier of Ancient Britain after the invasion of AD 43. Nearly two thousand years on, this particular stretch in Warwickshire is an accident black spot. Perhaps things haven’t changed much then.
