River Brent, under the Wharncliffe Viaduct, Hanwell. 26.12.13 
The ancient Celts used to toss shields, swords and items of great value into rivers as a tribute to spirits and gods. Such a shame we no longer continue with this tradition. From a series I have been working on called ‘Confluence’.
