New Views was an exhibition held through the summer of 2004 at the Kew Gardens' White Peaks Exhibition Space. Organized by the Garden Photographers Association, 100 images were on show in three categories - 'New,' 'Kew' and 'Views'. Paul had four images featured and was winner of the 'Kew' category with a photograph entitled "Kew Montage 2." It is a tongue-in-cheek observation of the Temperate Glasshouse and its position directly beneath the Heathrow Airport flightpath.

The theme of the 'New' category was the use of either new technology or new ideas. "Chives" and "Geranium Montage" were Paul's entries, showing his use of digital imagery, with a slant more towards illustration than straight photography.

The 'Views' category had a traditional theme featuring images that were more landscape orientated, capturing the essence of a garden or scene. "Beech Trees" is a slightly eerie view of London parkland, using subtle digital manipulation.
